 1. Returns Policy

1.1 We are bound by law to provide a no quibble 7 day return policy whereby customers can simply return unwanted items for a refund. It is the responsibility of the customer however to foot the bill for shipping any item back to us and the cost of shipping is not reimbursed. Exceptions to this are spare parts which have been mounted, parts/accessories in damaged packaging and electronic goods like ECU’s, relays, switches, … which can not be returned.

 

 2. Lead Times

 2.1 Accessories - While our policy is to keep stock of the aftermarket accessories we propose, we can not guarantee a 100% availability. For accessories which we do not have available in stock, a lead time of 2 to 3 weeks is realistic. We will always inform you of an estimated delivery date once your order is received. For this estimated delivery date we depend on information we receive from our suppliers. The lead time is based on an average and there are things that can slow down deliveries including the following:

2.1.1 Benelli is still an exclusive brand of which relatively few motorcycles are about. Accessories for Benelli are not ubiquitous and their production is done in small quantities. Suppliers do not set up production runs very frequently.

2.1.2 Production- Sometimes production can be slower than due to the availability of raw materials, public holidays etc.

2.2 OEM Parts- We do not keep stock of OEM parts, but source them directly from Benelli (It). This means that there is a lead time of 3 working days between our order at Benelli and the arrival of the parts in our warehouse. Please keep this in mind. We order from Benelli on a daily basis and ship the parts out as soon as we have the order complete. In cases where some items are delayed, we may ship the partial order and send the rest free of charge as soon as we receive it. We try our best to keep customers informed of the progress of their orders but please note it is not always possible. We advise periodic checks to review the status of your order. In case of excessive delays, customers are free to cancel and receive a full refund.

 

3. Delivery

3.1 It is important buyers check the goods on arrival wherever possible. Items signed for can not subsequently be claimed.

3.2 Important - For non-EU residents there may be an import tax payable by the customer to the local government. Please be aware we do not take any responsibility for these costs and they are NOT included in shipping, it is tax levied by local government and we do not know what these charges may be.

3.3 Refusal of a correct delivery is still charged. Likewise if this delivery is then returned to us by the carrier the charges for this are also the responsibility of the customer and we will deduct from the cost of any monies owed for the cancellation of the order.

 

4. Website

4.1 We reserve the right to cancel, at any time, special offers, discount coupons and promotions

4.2 Should an error within the design of the website cause the web cart to be lower than the advertised sale and delivery price of the chosen products, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the transaction
